Masking Dandelion Wishes card

This is a very simple and easy technique and it gives a wow factor on any card. Watch the video for easy instructions.I have used the gorgeous Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set to make this card

Whisper White Layer: 4 3/4 by 3 3/8 . I used the 2nd largest of the Rectangle Stitch Dies
